Senior Customer Insight Analyst
Our client is one of the UK's largest and most well-known retailers. With an impressive portfolio of retail stores, they pride themselves in diversifying their offer through changing trends within their sector.
They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Senior Customer Insight Analyst to join their Customer Insight team to provide analytical and strategic support that will drive customer focused business decisions. You will interrogate large data sets to provide actionable insight to understand customer behaviour and provide recommendations to improve the decision making process.
Key areas of focus will be:
- Customer Strategy; contributing to the success of the loyalty programme and customer contact strategy.
- Marketing & Business Analytical Support; driving analytical and data driving thinking and promoting the profile of the Customer Insights team to the wider marketing team and the wider business
- Strategic Insight; contributing to the wider business strategy using internal and external customer data.
- eCommerce & Online; contributing towards the development and on-going reporting and analytical requirements of the Online Business area
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and be highly numerate and analytical. You will have experience using SAS / SQL to analyse large and varied datasets using advanced analysis techniques, propensity modelling within a CRM, customer insight or marketing environment would also be an advantage.
