£60,000 - £65,000




This role is responsible for driving traffic to their website and their stores within EMEA. You will try to understand their customer base to ensure their shopping experience is the best it can be.

The role

  • Understanding and advancing the company's knowledge of customer behaviour
  • Analysing and reporting dashboards and delving deeper into customer trends and why they happen
  • Analyse customer behaviour across all their channels and provide insights
  • Use your statistical skills to create customer/store/product profiles, create customer targets, customer segmentations, measure program effectiveness and perform analyses of LTV and predictive modelling
  • Analysing a range of marketing activities to show the incremental value and return on investment
  • Creating customer segment and churn models to extrapolate trends
  • Working cross-functionally

The experience

  • SQL
  • R +/ Python
  • Statistical knowledge: experimental test design (A/B split, multivariate testing), clustering, regression etc
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms

The benefits

The successful Senior Customer Analyst will receive a salary up between £60,000 - £65,000 depending upon experience.
