Our client is a prestige world leading tailoring brand based in fabulous Mayfair looking for an exceptional CRM Executive who will develop all customer communications across digital and CRM projects including launching the brand's CRM programme to create a more targeted approach. The CRM Executive will support the Head of Marketing and Head of Ecommerce in three main areas: email, affiliates & marketplaces and CRM. Main responsibilities will include developing templates with new trends and improving key metrics, managing the end to end process from initial concept to post-send reporting, working closely with the in house graphic designer to monitor workload and review, work with the Head of Ecommerce and Head of Marketing (UK & US markets) to significantly grow all databases with relevant and engaged users, own the global email calendar and ensure it is up to date, identify new opportunities to expand on automation and customer programmes, implement a CRM strategy globally, help expand partnerships with key affiliates and grow the affiliate partners list, amongst many more exciting responsibilities!
