Senior CRM Executive - Travel!

My client is are a house hold name in the travel space looking for a Senior CRM Executive to join their B2B devision.

As the Senior CRM Executive you will work across their database of 2mill+ and work with all of their largest FTSE 250 accounts across London. You will devleop and execute the multi-channel channel CRM stratergy across email, sms, push, in-account and direct mail. You will work closely with the wider business and support business development areas for cross-sell and up-sell aspects.

To apply you will have previous experience within email marketing. You will have hands on experience managing CRM and email marketing stratergies. You will have an understanding of customer life cycles, segmentation and customer journeys. You will be comfortable with email metrics and KPIs and using them to make recommendations for future email activity.
