This very well-known high street fashion brand is looking for an experienced and hands on CRM expert to join their team. Reporting to the CRM Manager, the Senior CRM Executive is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of all customer marketing campaigns across UK and international territories via email, push etc.

*End to end ownership of the CRM marketing calendar and process for UK and International
*Creation of the CRM marketing test and learn calendar
*Implementation and optimisation of personalised automated campaigns.
*Work closely with e-Commerce and social teams to understand product, trading and branding requirements for each campaign.
*Working closely with design, developers to ensure everything is set up and ready to go on time & on brand
*Setting up push notifications to go out to all devices.
*Working with the ESP and other external agencies as required.
*Reporting and analysing all results to feedback to the business and help improve campaigns
*Strong email marketing experience from a B2C retail background
*Hands on experience working with a major ESP.
*Strong analytical skills
*Ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
*Experience with SQL in an e-commerce context
*You will be confident in HTML coding and cross-device email rendering
*You will have experience with their CRM Platform or an equivalent ESP/CRM solution and ideally have worked with API implementations using SOAP or Rest.
