A financial start-up based in Liverpool are seeking an experienced Credit Risk Analyst for a varied role that can offer ownership, responsibility and accountability. You will play a key role in Portfolio Analytics, Credit Risk Strategy development and Scorecard whilst supporting wider Credit and Customer Analytics within the company.

THE ROLE:

  • Analyse portfolio data and produce insights for improved portfolio performance
  • Develop Credit Risk and Product Strategies and Insights
  • Work with large data sets from multiple sources using SQL and open source technologies
  • Contribute to automation and MI and Reporting

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Extensive experience working within a retail Credit Risk Analytics function
  • Daily use of SQL in previous role(s) - you'll be very comfortable with data extraction and manipulation
  • Experience developing Credit Risk Strategies, Models or MI and Reporting
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholder decisions
  • Experience using R or Python is desirable
