Senior Coordination Administrator required for temporary job opportunity 3-6 months Sheffield immediate start

Working for a leading consultancy business in Sheffield you will be part of a busy sales department responsible for full business administration and contract coordination in a busy admin department.
This role is a part of new project and will be available on a temporary basis for 3-6 months initially. Successful applicants must be available to start work immediately and not be on a notice period.
Your new role
This position will report to the Business Manager and be responsible for providing admin support in a new busy department that has recently been set up.
Duties of the role will include;
- Providing customer support
- Service query resolutions
- Updating new business win contracts
- Uploading customer information into the system
- Account management support
- Admin support to the Business Development / Sales Team
- Management of any adhoc admin duties as required
- Knowledge of CRM ideal
-Knowledge of Excel to intermediate level or above ideal
What you'll need to succeed
Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate on application having held a similar role previously and be able to work under limited supervision in a busy office environment
