Senior Conveyancing Secretary


We are currently looking for a senior conveyancing secretary to join a well-established law firm in Altrincham. The ideal candidate will need to be accurate and used to working at a fast pace.

To be considered for this role, you must have 10-15+ of conveyancing experience.

Duties Include;

Typing documents and correspondence

Maintaining an efficient filing system for clients including, opening new files, filing documents and archiving.

Dealing with outgoing post.

Dealing with queries

Person Specification;

Excellent computer skills with competent use of Microsoft Office

A good knowledge of the conveyancing process

Accurate typing, along with good grammar

The ability to manage and prioritise own workload
