North West Regional Social Housing Contractor looking to recruit a Senior Contracts Manager to join their team.
Overall responsibility for ensuring contracts are delivered on time and in budget across Social Housing Refurbishment works.
Negotiable salary starting at £45K-£55K.
Regional Social Housing Contractor with over 20 years' experience within the education, housing, health, commercial and industrial sectors. Their portfolio of work spans across refurbishment, design and construction works over the North West and Yorkshire.
Reporting to their North West Office, reporting directly to the Operations Director you will be responsible for ensuring contracts are delivered on time and budget. Additional duties will include:-
" Managing weekly/monthly programmes
" Managing Health & safety
" Programming and planning all works
" Managing site teams consisting of Site Managers/Foreman/Tradesmen
" Being the company representative at Client meetings
" Recruitment of staff, organising trades and labour
" Ensuring KPI's are being achieved
" General delivery of the contract
To qualify for this exciting opportunity you MUST have previous experience working on
social housing refurbishment contracts working to strict deadlines along with a proven
track record to deliver projects within timescales and budgets.
The successful candidate should be a dedicated and results driven Manager with strong leadership and team management skills.
You should be able to demonstrate a loyal but progressive career.
" Valid UK Driving Licence;
" Previous Contracts Management Experience;
" Management level CSCS Card;
" Fully IT Literate in Word & Excel (to an advanced level).
The Client is looking to pay from £45K-£55K plus package.
