The dispute resolution group is one of the largest contentious law practices in the South East outside London and is rated in the top tiers of Chambers and Legal 500 and as a National Leading Practice in Chambers. Strong experience of contentious trusts will be a definite advantage though, as will an appetite for business development. The Commercial dispute resolution is the largest of the teams within the group with circa 5 partners and 14 other lawyers.
In addition to handling complex litigation (largely in the High Court in London), the team represents clients in arbitrations (UK and international), mediations and expert determinations and regulatory prosecutions. The team also provides strategic advice on claims avoidance and risk management.
We are welcoming applications from 4+ years PQE Senior Associates who have extensive experience of Contested Wills, Trusts and Estates work and if you also have the ACTAPS and/or STEP qualifications then this will aid your application further. If your experience leans more towards the Non-Contentious Private Client, or Commercial/Civil Litigation then we would still be very interested in having sight of your CV.
This is a fantastic Guildford based, Senior Contested Trusts Solicitors role offering an excellent salary and benefits package.
