Within the S/4HANA Sales Team we have opportunities in the areas below: SAP Run Services - Order to Cash Consultant/Senior Consultant (SAP ECC & S/4HANA Cloud & on premise) In this role you use your Sales & Distribution (Order To Cash) functional skills to help our clients solve their SAP issues. These will be across multiple customers and will range from fixing issues to expanding existing customer functionality. You will work with a virtual team of similar consultants often jumping between different clients and issues at different stages of maturity. You will regularly use your client facing consultancy skills, so clear communication is key. This role is primarily remote working, but some time onsite with clients may be required. The SAP+ Run function is a provider of a range of services including SAP Application Management, SAP Service Management Advisory Services and SAP Extension Services for customers who have an existing implementation of SAP or are currently going through an SAP Implementation. Your roleAs an SAP Sales Consultant, your role will involve: • Providing support to our clients for incidents, requests and changes for their SAP systems, specialising in the Sales & Distribution (Order-to-cash) area • Investigating and providing solutions for the client requirements. Producing high level and detailed designs for your functional area; collecting business requirements and mapping out business processes • Designing end-to-end solutions and ensure deliverables are consistent with design principles, standards and methodologies • When required leading client sessions and demonstrations and collaborating closely with the relevant client contacts • Configuring, testing, producing documentation (including providing inputs for technical/development objects when appropriate) and delivery of the solution to the client • Manage and implement the solution with the client when required to minimise implementation risk • Consistently deliver quality, taking ownership from start to finish • Providing SME advice, leading and recommending solutions for the clients • Lead or participate in practice development activities which support sales activities and internal capability development Your work, your choice At Deloitte we believe the best impact is the value we add, not the hours we sit at our desk. Your professional experienceTo be successful in this role you are required to: • A proven ability to understand and troubleshoot large systems, drilling down to detailed level to identify the root cause of incidents. Excellent problem-solving skills are required • The ability to work in an environment supporting a large suite of SAP products. Being able excel working collaboratively with development and project teams is required • SAP Sales & Distribution - strong skills in the SD module are essential • A fully comprehensive understanding of the SAP SD module, from Organisational Structure through to Master Data and Billing • The ability to work within the SAP Best Business Practices and the ability to configure a wide range of other common business requirements when required • Strong SAP integration experience such as ALE/IDOC, RFC and API's - with experience integrating both SAP and non-SAP systems alike • Experience working closely and understanding other modules (such as Finance) that are closely integrated to Sales & Distribution • Experience working with S4HANA The following knowledge and skills would be highly beneficial • SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and/or SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) • SAP S4HANA Cloud • SAP IS Retail experience or other industry specific knowledge • Ability to be cross-functional and work in other SAP modules such as PP (Production Planning), MM (Materials Management and related topics in Purchasing, MRP, Inventory Management), WM (Warehouse Management) are highly desirable • Experience of Agile development methodology (preferably using JIRA) • End to end application management lifecycle experience • ITIL v3 Foundation qualification Your service line: Consulting Our people and the way we work are the two things that set us apart in the consulting universe.
