The Revenue Growth team is looking for individuals focused on the Life Sciences industry.

We are looking for candidates at all levels of experience with an interest in Revenue Growth Management to join us, working in fast-paced teams with other highly talented, fun and motivated colleagues.

As part of the advisory team, you would focus on helping clients identify opportunities for growth by working with exceptional technical delivery and product teams who are developing ground breaking RGM propositions. With industry expertise, you would shape the requirements and expectations of offerings to meet client needs.

Your role

A Senior Consultant in RGM within the Advisory team is responsible for ensuring the project/product deliverables meet the needs of stakeholders and wider industry demands. Identify potential opportunities, as well as driving new ways of thinking as RGM evolves in the future, supporting the development of market leading RGM tools.

Your role will focus on providing industry expertise. You'll have responsibilities to:

  • Deliver projects specializing in RGM
  • Support in managing conversations with key stakeholders to realise value of project deliverables.
  • Network and liaise with the Product and Technical delivery teams to support the development of ground breaking RGM propositions.
  • Assist in managing client relationships.
  • Working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution
  • Works with team members to provide market-leading recommendations to clients and to drive sales for area of specialism.
  • Supporting the development of client bids, presentations of proposals and eminence
  • Support workshops and trainings for client education, communication and mobilization

Location: You will be based in the Deloitte London office, however travel may be required for client based projects. Whilst some clients are London based, we do spend time on site with regional and international clients. We specify full mobility for our consulting roles but we make arrangements respectfully; there may be some opportunity for working from home depending on client and project demands.

Your professional experience

  • Excellent understanding of RGM and a desire to grow your expertise
  • Experience of project and account management
  • Experience of working in RGM, Market Access, Commercial Finance, Sales, Pricing Strategies or in the Life Sciences industry
  • Ability to think strategic & analytical
  • Ability to review complex data, pulling out key insights & translating into high level executive summary storylines & concise practical execution plans
  • Excellent communication skills and can articulate complex issues in an easy to understand way
  • Proven problem-solving skills, project management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills
  • Knowledge of agile and lean approaches including its products, techniques and appropriate methodologies (e.g. Kanban, SCRUM, Lean).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Good presentation and communication skills
