The successful candidate will be target driven and have the ability to manage existing schools whilst developing new business within Schools. You will also have extremely good communication and customer service skills and the ability to manage your time well.
Our experience shows that to be successful as a Recruitment Consultant you’ll have the ability to effectively sell and market both yourself and our products. If you are looking to build a career as a Recruitment Consultant in the Education Sector or have worked in the recruitment industry you could have a head start, although applicants with proven sales skills or those who are results driven and possess excellent communication skills with a can-do attitude are also successful in our business, you must also have interest within the Education Sector.
Skills and Experience:
Articulate, educated to good level, with experience of direct sales, recruitment or the education sector also would welcome Graduates looking for a career within the recruitment sector
