An esteemed Construction Consultancy is eagerly seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Construction Project Manager to join their London office.
This role is a remarkable opportunity for a proficient individual looking to make a significant impact in the Public Sector, specifically within the Education sector.
The Senior Construction Project Manager Role
The Senior Construction Project Manager will:
- Oversee medium to large projects within the Education sector.
- Manage all project phases meticulously, from conception to completion, ensuring strict adherence to budgets.
- Collaborate closely with senior colleagues, contributing to the department's growth and potential future leadership roles.
The Senior Construction Project Manager
- Proven experience in Building Surveying or Quantity Surveying.
- MRICS or MAPM chartered status is highly advantageous.
- Strong client communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Relevant experience in the Education sector.
- Previous roles held within a Consultancy setting.
