Senior Compliance Manager

Reporting to CFO the role of Senior Compliance Manager will play a critical role in leading the compliance function across UK Group. • Lead the Group Compliance function including line manager of Compliance Executive
• Produce monthly compliance reports to plc Board and ExCo
• Maintain and submit all FCA regulatory returns and applications
• Maintain and build relationships with regulatory bodies i.e. FCA & ICO
• Ensure senior management are kept informed of regulatory developments through thorough horizon scanning
• Maintain oversight of the Group’s Compliance Monitoring Strategy, ensuring appropriate testing and reporting
• Attend Senior Management meetings

The Person:

• Excellent senior compliance experience with strong working knowledge of FCA regulations
• Experience of working closely with and influencing internal stakeholders
• Ideally experienced in overseeing compliance monitoring, AML, GDPR and complaints
• Proven ability to produce clear and insightful report for Board and ExCo
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and advisory skills
• Practical and commercially aware, providing solutions-focused compliance advice
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary:

• £70k plus bonus & excellent benefits
