Senior Compliance Manager

Kind Consultancy is working with a successful, national Financial Services network who are now seeking a Senior Compliance Manager. Based in the organisation's London offices, the Senior Compliance Manager will lead a Compliance Support team, setting and maintaining a positive Compliance culture, with key responsibilities including:

  • Carrying out desktop compliance monitoring on the network's members
  • Providing members with regulatory technical support
  • Visiting members' offices across the UK to provide compliance support and services
  • Analysing and monitoring the remedial actions required after member compliance visits
  • As required, providing members with remedial compliance support
  • Coaching and training members on compliance matters
  • Continually reviewing and updating compliance systems and processes, ensuring the most effective and efficient working methods are being used
  • Design, create and update the organisation's Compliance Services support documentation
  • Monitoring relevant regulatory updates and communicating these to members as appropriate
  • Preparing reports for Senior Management and delivering internal presentations
  • Maintain member compliance records
  • Contribute to long-term planning and development of the Compliance Services division's operational aims

Our ideal candidate for the Senior Compliance Manager opportunity:

  • Has extensive compliance experience, including comprehensive knowledge of FCA Regulations, CONC and Commercial Finance Regulatory requirements
  • Has well-developed Compliance Audit, Data Analysis, Record Keeping, Training/Coaching and Investigation skills
  • Has a provable track record of outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Has experience of information gathering through a CRM system
  • Has excellent attention to detail
  • Has previously worked in a consultancy environment
  • Has good time-management skills and is able to prioritise work while handling multiple simultaneous tasks
  • Is tech-literate and a confident user of Microsoft Office products
