Key Responsibilities
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with FCA and AML regulations, focusing on the Payments Services and Electronic Money Directives.
- Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Evaluate and address compliance risks, particularly around AML and counter-terrorism.
- Policies & Training: Support policy development and compliance training, keeping stakeholders informed on updates.
- Reporting & Documentation: Manage regulatory reports and maintain accurate records for audits and assessments.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience: 4+ years in regulatory compliance within the financial services sector, ideally in payments, e-money, or banking.
- Skills: Strong analytical abilities, with experience translating regulatory needs into practical solutions.
- Adaptability: Ability to swiftly adjust to regulatory changes and collaborate across teams.
