You will lead a team who are responsible for supporting resident led community groups and part of your role will be to co-ordinate the work , provide motivation and support to individuals across a wide geography and manage team performance through objective setting and coaching.
You will also coordinate the setting up and establishment of the resident led community groups across each Division and provide timely and effective budget management, pro-actively solving issues in the distribution of funds to all resident led community groups.
You will deliver induction programmes for resident led community groups, empowering them to undertake initiatives and activities, project development, fundraising and partnership working.
You will need to have proven experience of managing projects and leading a team. Proven experience of working with external partners effectively and strong communication skills are also key requirements.
This is a role which requires networking.
Someone working in Supported Housing may have some transferable skills but this wouldn't be suitable for candidates with a 'Care' background
