We are seeking a Senior Communications Manager to join our team in Manchester or London and work with our internal colleagues to develop communication strategies to support our people engagement priorities.
You will work with our Head of Communications to support the implementation of our go-to-market strategy, and will also take day-to-day responsibility for the leadership of our Internal Communications team. Responsibilities include:
Working with the Head of Communications in delivering the firm's internal communications strategy
Tactical planning of the Internal Communication team workload to maximize the performance of the team
Ensuring consistency in the development of all internal communications activity across the team.
Overseeing the day to day management of the internal comms channels
Mentoring and coaching of staff to support capability and development
Understanding and aligning to our digital strategy including all website comms
The ideal candidate will have a strong internal communications background and proven demonstration of cultural intelligence. You will have previous experience contributing to thought leadership initiatives and driving sustained engagement aligned against organizational strategy. This role will suit somebody interested in a 12 months fixed-term maternity cover, who can be based out of our Manchester or London offices.
