One of my renowned and well established clients has a new opportunity due to growth for an experienced Senior Sales Office Support Assistant.
This is a great opportunity for you if you enjoy building and maintaining internal relationships and customer relationships. You thrive and enjoy the pressure that comes with working in a customer sales office and have superb administrative support experience for this super busy team.
They really need your strong Microsoft Excel skills as you will be assisting the sales and management teams with SLA reporting for over 140 customers nationally.
You will manage the customer database for the sales account managers – assisting the IT team, migrating a new electronic system into the business and making recommendations for system efficiencies.
We need you to have a confident and clear telephone manner to greet possible new customer accounts and introduce the sales teams to inbound customer enquiry calls.
You need a great positive and professional attitude for this super team based near central Leeds.
You may occasionally be required to attend tender meetings with the sales account managers to support the admin support side and minute taking.
A confident Excel user is absolutely essential for this role as you will be solely responsible for recording activity with customers and producing analytical reports and stats..

A competitive salary is offered dependant on experience £21,000 - £24,500 with a great holiday allowance, full product training, free on site parking and pension.
