In 2018, as we scale up to meet with demand for our next-generation ATS, Fusion Plus, we are seeking a Senior Client Relationship Manager to help us meet ambitious monthly revenue targets.

As a Senior Client Relationship Manager, you will build long-lasting, profitable relationships with leading brands and companies to support Webrecruit’s ongoing growth.
Recruitment is an evolving industry where the focus is shifting away from merely getting new hires through the door, to managing the entire process in-house and overseeing all elements of hiring new staff.
The solutions developed by Webrecruit meet the challenges faced by hiring managers, HR teams and Leadership. You will forge a high-volume pipeline of continuous repeat business that can be closed and handed across to the Account Management and Development teams.
To join our passionate and dedicated team, you will need:
- Recruitment agency experience OR experience of selling advertising and/or job board contracts
- The knowledge to mentor junior team members
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to consistently achieve targets
- Up to £35,000 basic DOE
- Highly competitive commission scheme (OTE up to £75,000)
