Dynamic, innovative, financially secure software company (one of a kind) need an additional Senior Account Manager (Client Services Manager, Customer Success, Customer Care) to hand hold the Client from signing on the dotted line through to implementation, anticipate and pre-empt potential problems, liaise with product owners on customer requirements and other stakeholders on reporting and results.
We need an exceptional relationship builder who can keep the company philosophy at the forefront, ensure contract renewals and lead customers to expand further. Must have dealt with enterprise level Clients as this is the bulk of the business.
To be considered you will have 5 years in an email marketing/ESP and/or digital marketing agency environment. You must have an excellent command of English (written and verbal), a strong focus on client retention and growth and be regarded as the linchpin of post sales communication, having tremendous organisational skills and be thought of as a "make things happen" person.
Outgoing, fun, creative, someone who mucks in, adaptable, flexible and extremely career minded.
