Job Title - Senior Client Executive - Energy Practice
Contract - Permanent
Salary - £60,000 - £65,000
Location - London

Job Purpose

Through a commitment to exemplary client engagement, you will ensure the profitable handling and growth of major client accounts in line with the overall client relationship management strategy.

Key Responsibilities

·Day to day management of the relationships with the Energy practice and the panel of Facility Insurers, including attending regular meetings
·Lead and sign off programme design activities
·Act as a referral point for the resolution of complex client queries internally and externally
·Tracking and achieving all KPI's and SLA's for the contractual obligations

Skills & Experience

·Proven experience of working within Energy insurance from an Underwriting, Broking or Claims background is essential
·Demonstrable relationship management skills are essential
·Previous experience of creating reports and undertaking analysis is beneficial
·Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, is highly beneficial
