An international legal firm is looking for an experienced CRM Manager who will work with the firm's leadership to help set direction for the firm's UK & ME Client Programme. The role holder will focus primarily on managing the Client Development team and the development and management of a small number of global strategic corporate clients.
This will be a challenging and interesting position that will involve the Senior Client Development Manager being both hands-on and highly strategic. Whilst managing the day to day work of the Client Development team, you will play a key role in contributing to the Client Programme strategy, generating fresh ideas and proactively pushing continual improvement to the Programme. Working alongside the Relationship Partners, you will implement retention and targeting initiatives to strengthen the relationship between clients and the firm, with the aim of progressively increasing client revenue streams and profitability. You will also be responsible for developing a comprehensive understanding of the structure, operations and strategic direction of the clients you manage and to quickly build an understanding of how and where the firm can best position itself in relation to these clients. In addition, you will take a lead in contributing to the development of best practice toolkits and training sessions to assist the firm in its roll out of relationship management best practice.
You will have significant client development experience gained in a professional services environment allied to strong people and line management skills. The Senior Client Development Manager will be an excellent communicator with high attention to detail, you will enjoy managing a number of tasks simultaneously whilst working under pressure. The ability to adapt, change, prioritise and still deliver on the things that matter most will be crucial.
