Quest Search & Selection are currently partnering with a leading tech eCommerce platform specialised in consumer goods and food delivery. This business offers an extensive range of products including household essentials, medication, office supplies, groceries, and even fresh prepared food!

This role as a Senior client Campaign Lead you will spearhead revenue generation advertising by selling advertising products to a diverse range of vendors, including both Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and non-CPG Companies.

Key responsibilities of this Senior Client Campaign Lead - (Scale-up App):

  • Working as a startup in a scale-up business you will need to build the awareness of the market of the retail network.
  • Being data focused to have a client acquisition/business development strategy based in existing /retention and new customers.
  • Comfortable with selling digital campaigns such as display, banners, CRM, pop-ups, logo, sponsored content and social.
  • You will utilise your product knowledge in developing the retail media platform together with product and engineering teams.
  • Lead end-to-end revenue, transforming the consumer tech app into an advertising platform.
  • Take ownership of the entire sales process, from generating leads and delivering persuasive pitches to securing & closing investment from vendors.
  • Assume full responsibility for Ads revenue targets and reporting in our P&L statement
  • Provide clear visibility for relevant stakeholders regarding total revenue, pipeline status, and other KPIs.
  • Shape the ads product portfolio (digital and non-digital campaigns) and opportunities based on market trends and vendor insights.
  • Assist in generating and pitching strategic partnerships across sectors

Key requirements of Senior Client Campaign Lead - (Scale-up App):

  • Graduate calibre with 5 years + of relevant retail media proposition building / client partnership experience
  • Showcasing a proven track record of revenue generation.
  • Experience in managing online campaigns and understand the different products
  • Essential experience in startup/scale-up as the role will require to build the awareness in market of their retail network.
  • Product knowledge in developing the actual retail media platform together with engineering teams.
  • To have experience of selling B2B or B2C advertising as a platform within an app.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a history of driving sales success, particularly for newly introduced products.
  • A data-driven mindset, adept at creating and interpreting sales forecasts and conveying insights through data.
  • Familiarity with fast-paced environments, demonstrating the ability to be a self-starter
  • Has experience in establishing processes including reports, sales pipelines & pitching materials
  • Experience working with consumer-packaged goods (CPG) vendors in the digital space is desirable
