Senior Claims Handler

Our client, a highly respected insurance broker based near Newmarket, is currently looking for a Senior Claims Advisor.
- Provide efficient, effective and appropriate Commercial claims troubleshooting service to all customers.
- Troubleshooting; Identify issues and problems, investigate and solve where possible for all customers, third party suppliers and insurers / loss adjusters.
- Review policy cover and policy wordings to establish claim cover, ensuring any applicable endorsements and warranties are noted and understood.
- Process and record all notified claims, regardless of business type, on Acturis claims system and scan all relevant papers to the e-file.
- Claims handling experience is essential, ideally from a Commercial background.
- Broad experience of working in an insurance broking environment, with an in-depth knowledge of insurance contracts / requirements.
