Senior Claims Handler

We are recruiting for an Interim Senior Claims Handler based at a Local Government Organisation within the East Midlands.

Interim Senior Claims Handler

You will be responsible for providing support in to checking the validity of claims on behalf of the Council

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of CPR, DPA and other legislation impacting on claims handling.
  • Knowledge of current case law relating to liability claims.
  • Knowledge of abuse and disease claims.
  • Knowledge of IT systems including claims management systems, Word and Excel.


You must also have experience of handling high value, complex employers and public liability claims including abuse and disease
Experience of using claims management systems, Word and Excel

Duration: 2 months on-going
Rate: £22 limited (umbrella)
IR35 status: Inside
