What will you do? Make an impact!

Join our team to help provide a technical management service to assist the Shift Manager and organise the site chemists to achieve the site's business objectives.

* To support and control the site's analytical testing and assessment requirements including all EA/UU technical issues.
* To ensure acceptance and dispatch operations are in line with the company's BMS, ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 systems.
* To identify and report on opportunities and trends in the site's technical control/analysis systems, so that the Company can effectively develop its continuous improvement programme.
* To raise non-conformances on any incoming loads in line with BMS procedures immediately.
* To generate load/dispatch paper-work in line with company & legislative requirements.
* To coach, train and support the junior Site Chemists to ensure outgoing exceeds incoming

Do you have what it takes?

* Experience of managing a team of laboratory staff, coaching, training and supporting junior staff in their development.
* Experience of using BMS systems to manage non-conformances.
* Ensure H&S policies are complied with at all times.
* Generate activity reports as required.
