This is a hands-on Senior Chef role supporting our existing Senior Chef in managing the kitchen. We define specific responsibilities plus you will be involved in a variety of duties including: Fresh food preparation; ordering and stock control; developing new dishes; adhering to food safety and cleaning standards; training and developing junior chefs; ensuring high standards are met.
We offer a broad range of meals from old favourites for the locals with an international selection as we service the international yachting community throughout the summer from breakfasts around the world, crepes, rostis, tapas, authentic seafood noodle dishes as an guide to your consideration.
We offer informed, efficient & friendly service and great menus of fresh locally sourced ingredients, prepared on our premises and cooked to order by our enthusiastic and experienced chefs. All our staff are recruited for their outgoing and friendly personalities. Our premises feature authentic celebrity and music icons, an original VW camper van is our bar.
