Job Title: Senior Chef de Partie
Responsible to: Head Chef/Sous Chef
Directly Supervises: Commis Chef/ Demi CDP
Scope and purpose of job: To assist in preparing and cooking all table d’hôte, à la carte and other menus to the satisfaction of the customers and in accordance with the standards required by the Head Chef and the Catering Management.
To provide outstanding levels of hospitality.
