We are currently recruiting for Senior Chef de Parties for one of our clients restaurants based in Kensington. Ideally with a minimum of three years’ experience in this role.
Salary: Experience & suitability dependant from £26,000 up to £30,000 (To be made up from shares of tronc)

The suitable candidate would be joining a team of 5 chefs and 2 Kitchen Porter’s. Shift pattern would be 7 shifts per week, made up of both double and single shifts.
Double shift is from 9.30am until 23.00pm approx. with 1.5 hrs break.
Early shift 9.30am until 17.00pm.
Late shift 16.00pm until 23.00pm approx.
Working week is around 44/45 hours.
Overtime available business depending. Typical evenings would be cooking for 80-100 guests. Weekday lunches 20-30 guests and weekend lunches 60-100.
