This Gastro Pub is a step above the rest in terms of the thoughtfully planned menu which emphasises on using local produce, fantastic flavours and textures in order to create a menu that really stands out. With a very well equipped kitchen & experience to back it, this is an opportunity not be missed!
You must be able to work well under pressure and have had similar experience in a gastro pub environment before. You will assist in the daily running of the kitchen and be responsible for your section both in terms of mis en place and in service.
Experience on various sections within a similar kitchen would be preferable in order to keep up the high standards that are expected. You must understand the importance of ensuring all Health & Safety aspects are adhered to at all times.
With the aim to push for awards the successful individual will be someone with real passion and a love for the industry and food. You will want to join a company that you can grow and develop with and be able to show off your creative culinary flare. You will work well in a small team and be able to help develop more junior members of the team to be the best they can be.
