Senior Charge Nurse

An exciting opportunity has arisen to continue to lead and develop the nursing team, who specialise in delivering high quality, patient centred care to patients with both acute and chronic Respiratory conditions.

As a clinical leader you will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to lead and work in a multi-professional environment. It is essential you have excellent clinical management skills at band 6 experience. You will have proven leadership ability and a commitment to providing high quality, safe, effective, person centred and evidence based care.

You should be registered on Sub-part 1: RN1 or RNA or Sub-part 2: RN2 of the NMC of the NMC Register, and be able to demonstrate evidence of post–registration experience. You should preferably be working towards Masters qualification or relevant post graduate degree.

Written approval must be sought from your line manager prior to applying for this as a secondment. You will be required to bring this if shortlisted for interview.
