Senior CDM Principal Designer

A small and yet respected architectural practice is looking for a knowledgeable CDM Principal Designer to oversee their most trusted clients. Known for their meticulous, detail-driven projects, this firm ensures every day is engaging. You will look after prestigious projects and mento a small team. This provides great career progression into Associate position and above, whilst you enjoy working from a scenic office.

The Senior CDM Principal Designer Role

In the role of Principal Designer, you will manage a diverse portfolio of projects, serving as both Principal Designer and Client Advisor. You'll work in close collaboration with a skilled team of CDM and Architects which they have in-house.

The CDM Consultant Will Have:

• NEBOSH Construction (required)
• Tech IOSH (minimum)
• APS membership (preferred)
• Design degree: Architecture / Civil Engineering / Engineering / Surveying (preferred)
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in CDM or a relevant field
• Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
