A global insurer is looking to appoint a senior Casualty specialist to their team in Manchester, with responsibility for profitably managing and developing an expanding corporate portfolio.
·This truly international insurer has an impeccable reputation as one of the world's largest Property & Casualty carriers.
·The business continues to expand in the UK, targeting larger, complex business with a requirement for in-depth insurance and risk management solutions.
·You will join an experienced regional team who continue to deliver sustainable, profitable growth, where your remit will be to drive the established casualty portfolio.
·Trading with the markets larger broking organisations, you will use new and existing relationships to write some of the larger cases in the north of England.
·Your remit will include the region's largest casualty sign off which will see you as branch sign off and point of reference for all technical matters.
·This senior role will see you work closely with management on all aspects of underwriting and development strategy.
·You will be a casualty specialist, an all-rounder able to demonstrate a mix of technical expertise and the trading and development skills required to drive a profitably expanding portfolio.
·You will thrive in a market facing role, able to navigate the largest account in the region to secure longstanding sustainable accounts.
·ACII qualification or work towards is preferred but not essential.
