As a Senior Caseworker, you will have had extensive experience in dealing with customers in a revenues and benefits capacity.
Working as part of our established and friendly team you will be assigned to more complex cases, of which you will hold the ability to demonstrate and progress your skills in research and decision making in order to meet compliance and audit requirements. All of which will fall alongside AVDC’s policies and procedures to deliver a professional commercial, customer focused service.
This role is suited to someone who will enjoy the challenge and responsibility of delivering an excellent service, providing support to colleagues as well as proving our customers with detailed responses. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail as the role entails the individual to cross reference information between databases to ensure that fraud and error do not enter the databases. The successfully candidate will be responsible for the continuity of the Revenues and Benefits service.
