We are looking for a terrific Senior Care Assistant/Team Leader close to the Richmond upon Thames area of London. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a highly qualified staff team where everyone loves helping each other out. This job is an easy commute from Twickenham, Hounslow, East Sheen, Wimbledon and Putney.

For this role you will be involved with many things including:
- Ensuring the welfare of the residents;
- Overseeing the staff on shift;
- Keeping care plans up to date;
- Liaising with both healthcare professionals and residents’ families;
- Administering medication;
- Carrying out quality control audits;
- Being ready and willing to help anyone who needs it;
- Leading by example.
It’s a full-time job, working on a shift basis and averaging 35 hours a week. This role involves both weekday and weekend working, and it needs someone who is comfortable doing early shifts (07:30 - 14:30) and late shifts (14:00 - 21:15).

You will need experience in a supervisory or leadership role, as well as experience working within the care sector. You will need an NVQ Level 3 plus have good spoken and written English skills.
