Senior Call Centre Agent job in New Malden, permanent, paying £24,500 per annum, plus 3% bonus.

Your New Company

An exciting opportunity for a permanent position has arisen for a Senior Call Centre Agent to work for the UK and Ireland's leading recruitment company, with their office based close to New Malden station and would provide excellent transport links. This position has been created due to internal movement within the company.

Your New Role

The Senior Call Centre Agent is responsible for training and coaching the Call Centre Agents, handling escalations to successful resolution, receiving and logging calls for payroll queries and providing outstanding customer service. Your duties will include working to targets to ensure the call centre average abandon rate of less than 10% and an average wait of less than 60 seconds is achieved.

What you'll need to succeed

Utilising your previous relevant experience in an inbound support contact centre, will enable you to be successful in your application. This role will require you to have the ability to find resolutions to new problems through effective communication and investigation with shared service centre teams.
