Our clients are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant/ Business Development Manager, to join their growing team.
This is a versatile role involving recruitment, sales, business development, consultancy, account management as well as event planning.
This job will suit people who are looking for meaningful work and believe in helping people to find their ideal role/ career. A background in charity working or similar would be advantageous.
Responsibilities of the Recruitment Consultant/ BDM
- Consultative approach to selling
- Account management
- Some marketing campaigns
- Managing and mentoring responsibilities
To be successful, you will have;
- At least 5 years proven B2B sales experience, ideally gained from IT or recruitment/ resourcer
- An interest in software technology
- Previous experience in dealing with CTO's and tech leads
