The Senior Building Surveyor's Role

The Senior Building Surveyor will join a cohesive, established team, supporting a diverse array of high-profile projects, with a primary focus on the commercial property sector. In this role, you'll handle a range of professional services, including pre-acquisition surveys, schedule of condition, dilapidations, planned maintenance, and party wall matters.

This position offers the opportunity to manage your own portfolio, build key client relationships, and contribute to strategic business development.

The Ideal Senior Building Surveyor

• MRICS qualification preferred
• Solid experience in both professional services and project delivery
• Consultancy background is ideal
