To lead the consumer nutrition marketing team within the UK, including development of new go to market strategies for NPI. Develop brand strategies and ensure proper implementation of these strategies through campaigns, which maximise return on investment for the brand.
*Define and develop marketing strategies to match the position of the brand in its life cycle and maximise potential.
*Lead the portfolio assessment and implement agreed management plans flawlessly.
*Lead preparation of the strategic brand plan, and co-ordinate extended brand team and multiple agencies to deliver agreed marketing strategies and tactics on time and on budget.
*Undertake complete analysis of the effectiveness of brand strategies and campaigns and monitor implementation.
Forecast demand to high level of accuracy,
*Engage with regional and global marketing teams to implement key brand strategies as appropriate for the affiliate.
Deliver sales targets.
Manage A&P budgets.
Lead and deliver brand plans.
Complete associated administration in line with Abbott policies and procedures.
