My client are less than 10 years old and are already considered industry leaders, with operations in three different countries and around 200 employees (opportunity for travel is certainly there!). About the role…
Senior Biddable Manager - managing strategy and budget for your team of 5
Seeking out new Paid Media opportunities and develop business plans to exploit them properly
Working with the Head of Product to ensure that the conversion funnel is optimised at every stage
Working with and maintaining relationships with key contacts at various social media sites
Developing "Go-To Market" strategies for new products, or expanding products into other territories
Reporting in to the Head of Marketing, producing reports to provide information on performance of your strategies
About the candidate…
5+ years experience in performance marketing, and preferably in a highly competitive market
Excellent knowledge and experience of Paid Social media - direct platforms or PMDs both apply
Managing a performance marketing team is preferable, but someone taking a step up will also be considered!
Expertise in optimisation of bid and funnel conversion, with a highly analytical mindset
Experience in mobile is much preferred!
Highly ambitious, skilled in strategy and operations, innovative, adaptable traits and enthusiasm are essential!
