Our client requires a Senior Bid Professional to join their very busy bid team located in Central London. Working within a fast-paced sales team you will need to be able to manage multiple bid submissions at the same time.
The purpose of this role is to provide leadership to the two Bid Coordinators and as a team complete all bids, PQQ documents, supplier forms, proposals and any other general business development submissions for existing or prospective clients adhering to deadlines at all times.
You will be responsible for the resourcing, planning, scheduling, development and production for tenders and pre-qualification documents. The primary focus is to produce a winning proposal. Our bid team are involved in every aspect of the submission and need to have an excellent appreciation of what the client needs and how best to articulate how our client can provide that.
You will prospect client contact before, during, and after the proposal is submitted, conforming to the prospect's rules. You will also conduct client / competitor analysis and identifying critical success factors, and work closely with and coordinate the core bidding team, bringing in subject matter experts as required. You will also produce the pricing element of a bid.
To be considered for this role you will have experience of working in a similar, high pressure environment and experience in the soft FM industry. As a team player with the ability to work with, and coordinate, people at all levels, you will possess creative ideas and work with graphics to translate these into interesting and attractive client facing material. You will also be an expert in Microsoft Office and Adobe software skills (InDesign). Ideally you will have demonstrable experience of tender management.
