If you are an experienced business development professional with a strong background of working with an international disputes practice, this is a role you should consider. We are currently working with an international law firm on exclusive basis to recruit a very important role for them. The role could be based in London or Germany, and working closely with the Partners, you will plan, deliver and lead innovative, incisive and value-added business development strategy ensuring key objectives in the firm and practice plans are achieved. The role manages a small team and will also be supported by specialist central marketing and business development teams. The Practice Group Head and Partners are looking to work with a commercial and experienced individual who can genuinely help them strategically build their business with new and existing clients. The group has had strong support to date, but there is a lot more to do to build on this. The role is a perfect opportunity if you are looking to step up to Senior Manager, or in a position where you feel 'spread too thinly' to really drive change and operate at a senior level. The firm's BD function and Partners have created a position which will allow the successful candidate to work in a consultative and focussed role across the international practice, something which you don't always have the opportunity to do.
