The firm has an outstanding reputation for creating innovative solutions and developing precedent-setting legal strategies. We are now looking for an exceptional Senior Associate to join their busy, successful and highly regarded Leveraged Finance & Private Credit team.
Senior Associate - Leveraged Finance & Private Credit
London
£292-330K plus excellent benefits package.
To be successful in this role:
You will be a UK qualified lawyer with 5-7 years of PQE in Leveraged Finance / Private Credit along with a keen interest in and knowledge of leveraged finance, private credit and debt instruments throughout the capital structure. Other requirements for this role include:
- Experience working with clients at private credit funds, private equity sponsors and other financial institutions in the European and US market
- Experience on debt restructurings helpful but not imperative
- Experience of managing multi-jurisdictional transactions
- Experience of working in a fast-paced transactional role
- Be driven, entrepreneurial, interested in business development, meeting clients, attending business meetings, training juniors
- Must be a team player
- Experience of a similar role at a leading legal practice in the UK
- Excellent academic background
