Senior Associate - Leveraged Finance & Private Credit

London

£292-330K plus excellent benefits package.

To be successful in this role:

You will be a UK qualified lawyer with 5-7 years of PQE in Leveraged Finance / Private Credit along with a keen interest in and knowledge of leveraged finance, private credit and debt instruments throughout the capital structure. Other requirements for this role include:

• Experience working with clients at private credit funds, private equity sponsors and other financial institutions in the European and US market
• Experience on debt restructurings helpful but not imperative
• Experience of managing multi-jurisdictional transactions
• Experience of working in a fast-paced transactional role
• Be driven, entrepreneurial, interested in business development, meeting clients, attending business meetings, training juniors
• Must be a team player
• Experience of a similar role at a leading legal practice in the UK
• Excellent academic background
