Senior Associate Building Surveyor

An independent firm of chartered surveyors based in the heart of Central London are seeking a Senior Associate Building Surveyor with experience in running projects to join their expanding Building Consultancy team.

The successful Senior Associate Building Surveyor will carry out a varied traditional building surveying role and work alongside a long-standing portfolio of commercially focused clients including institutional funds and commercial funds.

The Role

  • Project management
  • Contract administration
  • Due diligence
  • Building reinstatement cost assessments
  • Planned maintenance

As the successful Senior Associate Building Surveyor, you will also be expected to build a portfolio of key client relationships both internally and externally.

The Successful Senior Associate Building Surveyor

  • MRICS (3+ years PQE)
  • Commercial property experience
  • Experience running projects
  • A client-facing demeanour and business development background
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
