Senior Asset Support Administrator
£22,400 per annum
37.5 hours per week
To work on a rota basis that covers the hours of 08:00am - 20:00pm Monday to Friday, plus one in every three Saturdays.
We are looking for a positive and ambitious Senior Asset Support Administrator to support the supervision of 15 Administrators in Leicester.
You be able to take responsibility for the supervision of the Asset Administration team in the delivery of a centralised administration service. You will also contribute to maintaining positive relationships by acting as lead on complex and sensitive queries.
Key accountabilities and measures;
- Supporting management in the supervision of the team, in order to deliver a high quality, customer-focused service.
Identifying the cause of and resolving complex and escalated queries.
Monitoring the input and maintenance of information on centralised software systems.
Supporting the team to ensure documentation is processed correctly.
Providing support and training to all team members, and leading on additional tasks and specialist projects.
Reviewing key performance information to ensure statutory, regulatory, and procedural compliance.
Supporting management in ensuring that workloads and tasks are delivered within agreed timescales and meet service level agreements.
Daily liaison with external contractors to resolve complex queries, as well as with tenants to deal with sensitive and often challenging scenarios.
Skills and Experience;
The successful candidate will have/be;
Supervisory experience within a customer focused environment, working to KPIs and SLAs.
Experience coaching staff, and able to communicate at all levels in a professional manner.
The ability to support individuals in managing and prioritising work and projects in a timely manner.
Computer literate with the ability to work with figures and spreadsheets.
Excellent attention to detail, and a solutions-focused approach.
A positive and proactive attitude, with patience and an ability to use own initiative as well as work within a team.
A willingness to undertake additional training to meet the changing needs of the team and business.
A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Appointment to this role will be subject to satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
