Senior Architectural Technologist

Location: Stockport

Salary: £36,000-£40,000 (dependent on experience)

Are you a creative Senior Architectural Technologist with a passion for cutting-edge design? Our client, an award-winning RIBA-chartered practice in Stockport, is seeking a talented individual to join their friendly and dynamic team. With a broad portfolio across the Commercial, Education, Residential, and Healthcare sectors, they are looking for someone who can bring their expertise and enthusiasm to exciting new projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive post-qualification experience, particularly in Education projects, and a solid understanding of all RIBA stages. You should possess a flair for creative design, excellent technical skills, and strong Revit knowledge.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

  • Significant post qualification experience in a UK based practice
  • Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology or a related field
  • Previous work on Education projects is essential
  • Produce technical drawings, specification and constructive documents
  • Ensure compliance with building relations, standards and industry best practices
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of staff
  • Coordinate with clients, external consultants and internal team members
  • Collaborate with the wider team to create exceptional design concepts
  • Must live within a commutable distance of Stockport
  • Revit knowledge is essential
