Your new company
This highly esteemed UK design studio has an office in the heart of Manchester city centre, where they have a team of 12 working on significant residential, commercial and transport projects across the region. This firm has two other offices in the UK, and a good reputation for quality design work.
Your new role
You will be working on a major scheme for a transport hub in the North of England, dealing with contractors and working to deliver the scheme on time. You will have a small team to manage, and support, with the work you are doing.
What you'll need to succeed
This firm is looking for a Senior Architect with excellent jobrunning skills on larger schemes, and the ability to work with contractors on a D+B basis. You will have proficient Revit skills, and have previous team leadership experience. They may also consider an experienced Architectural Technologist.
