Senior Application Support Analyst
Senior Application Support Analyst required on a permanent basis for company based in central Ipswich. The role will take ownership of the application support function ensuring that all tickets are resolved in a timely manner while providing guidance to other team members. Currently there is no formalised support process in place, there is a basic ticketing procedure but no defined structure. The main purpose of this role will be to enter the business to implement new processes and procedures to ensure the support division is working as efficiently as possible. This will be a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business as a senior application support analyst with a view to growing into an application manager role in the future in an environment where you are given lots of freedom to build this department in the way you best see fit. We are looking for someone who has a few years application support experience that is ready to take a step up, you wont necessarily be working in an application support manager role presently but if you do, remaining technical is compulsory. Personality is so key for the role, we need someone who is motivated that will represent the business well when engaging with clients as well as someone who has lots of enthusiasm for their day to day work.
